We process your hair & scalp photos to generate your report — that's the whole point.
Sharing data for research, and receiving wellness emails, are both opt-in.
We don't sell your data.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

1. What we collect

In plain English: What you enter, the photos you capture, and basic device info.

Profile info you enter (name, email if provided, mobile, age, gender).
Hair & scalp images you capture during a scan.
Anonymous device & session info (browser, timing, errors) to keep the Service running.

2. How we use it

In plain English: To generate your report, and — only if you opt in — to improve the AI.

Photos and the signals derived from them are used to produce your wellness report. If you opt-in, they may also be used in aggregated form to improve accuracy.

3. Sharing

In plain English: Only trusted processors. No selling.

We use vetted infrastructure providers (hosting, storage, analytics) under contracts that require they protect your data. We do not sell personal data.

4. Retention

In plain English: Kept only as long as useful — and you can delete anytime.

Scan data is retained for the duration of the pilot or until you request deletion, whichever is shorter. Email us to delete your data.

5. Your choices

In plain English: Opt out of research and marketing anytime.

Withdraw research consent at any time.
Unsubscribe from communications via the link in any message.
Request export or deletion by emailing us.

6. Security

In plain English: We use modern safeguards; no system is 100% safe.

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and routine reviews. Please use the Service on a trusted device and network.

7. Children

In plain English: Not for under-18s without guardian consent.

The Service is intended for adults. Minors must use it with verified parental/guardian consent.

8. Changes

In plain English: We'll surface meaningful updates in-app.

We may update this Policy as the pilot evolves; material changes will be surfaced before they take effect.
