  • Results are estimates; always check with a dermatologist or trichologist for real decisions.
  • Be 18+ (or use with a parent/guardian) and please be truthful in what you enter.
  • We do our best, but the service is provided "as is" while we improve it.

1. Accepting these Terms

In plain English: Using the tool means you're OK with these terms.

By using the AI Hair & Scalp Analysis (the "Service") you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

2. Pilot & informational only

In plain English: It's for wellness awareness — not a medical diagnosis.

The Service is a research pilot for informational and wellness purposes only. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical decisions.

3. Acceptable use

In plain English: Be honest, be 18+, and don't try to break the Service.

  • You must be at least 18, or have parental/guardian consent.
  • Please give accurate information — it helps your results make sense.
  • Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, attack, or misuse the Service.

4. Accuracy & warranties

In plain English: Results are estimates from an experimental AI. Provided "as is".

Results are estimates produced by an experimental AI pipeline and may be inaccurate. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Limitation of liability

In plain English: We can't be held liable for decisions made from a wellness estimate.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Data & privacy

In plain English: Data sharing is opt-in. See the Privacy Policy.

Use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. Submitting data for research and improvement is optional and requires your explicit consent.

7. Changes & ending the pilot

In plain English: We may update the Service or end the pilot.

We may modify the Service, these Terms, or end the pilot at any time. Material changes will be surfaced in-app where reasonable.

8. Governing law

In plain English: Indian law for now — this may evolve.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be handled in the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
